Riley Blaugrund

Riley Blaugrund is a Coordinator of Public Affairs at RXN. Before joining RXN, she completed a Research Fellowship with the Maryland Governor’s Office for Children, where she explored the relationship between benefits access and local government through qualitative and quantitative research and policy evaluation. She also interned at the Center for American Progress and the Maryland General Assembly, gaining valuable experience in political communication, writing, and coalition building. She holds a Bachelor of Public Policy and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Maryland.
